Monica Dawson (played by Dana Davis) will enter in Episode 4. She’s the cousin that Micah will go to stay with in New Orleans, where she works to help support her grandmother and brother. She apparently will have super type powers, and will use them to help defeat crime, sort of a Heroes version of super girl.
Elle (played by Kristen Bell) we’ve already told you about. We’re not sure what her powers are yet, but she will have definite ties to Peter, Claire, and H.R.G.
Tekezo Kensei (played by David Anders) He is, of course, Hiro’s childhood idol and legendary Japanese Hero. No clue on his powers yet either, but word has it that when they are finally revealed, they’ll cause quite a ruckus amongst the Heroes.
Maya Herrera (played by Dania Ramirez) She and her twin have powers that work together. She apparently has the power to kill, by a disease of some sort, kind of like she’s a virus. She doesn’t want to kill (most of the time) but it somehow happens.
Alejandro Herrera (played by Shalim Ortiz) He is Maya’s twin brother. He is apparently the antidote to her virus. The twins are headed to America from the Dominican Republic to find out why they are possessed with these destructive powers.

If you missed the Season 2 Premier of Heroes, don’t fret. There’s an encore presentation on Saturday night at 8/7 pm. Now that that’s out of the way, in case you haven’t heard, Kristen Bell will be joining the Heroes cast soon. You may remember Kristen from the CW’s Veronica Mars, where she played a college student/private detective. Well, her role for Heroes will be much different, as she’ll be playing a hitman for the company. No clue yet as to who she’ll be rubbing out, maybe Angela Petrelli? Her character Elle, will have ties to the “death” of Peter and to Claire’s future. She should make a great cast addition, and if nothing else, maybe she can use her experience as a PI and help them find Kaito’s killer. Kristen is set to join the Heroes cast sometime in October. No word on how long her role will last, but it’s a sure bet that it’ll be interesting to watch.

Feisty, I must say!

Nah. Both Milo and Hayden denied all rumors of any romance between them. Hayden is hot, but there is 12 years between the two and I’m sure Milo is more then capable of finding a suitable mate closer to his age. No need for him to cradle rock!
Check out the video below, you might disagree…

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, we were finally reunited with our Heroes! After the major cliffhanger from Season 1, and many of us wondering if there would even be a Season 2, it’s finally here. So, how surprised were you that Nathan survived his brother’s atomic explosion? And really surprised that Peter himself survived? The amnesia will make for a long season, I really hope that they clear that up quickly. I’m anxious for him to be back amongst the other Heroes. Speaking of Heroes, Hiro has found himself in quite a situation, and who would have guessed that his long time Japanese idol is not even Japanese?
Many, many things left to ponder by the end of the night. Including the new Hero, Maya, and her brother. And, who is it that wants Angela and Hiro’s father dead? Well, they got him, anyway, I have to wonder if she’s next. The marks on the pictures were really intriguing, especially since it seems that they were the same marks left on the faces of the victims of Maya, the new Hero, who apparently has the power to kill people. Only we don’t know why, and it doesn’t seem that she knows why, either. This has got to be the absolute best cliffhanging series of all time. You just never know what will happen next. It amazes me that they can keep us all on the edge of our seats week after week. I can’t wait to see what’s coming this season, and I really hope that they have Season 3 in the works.
Oh, by the way, Claire’s new friend…..he’s a flyer too. Makes you wonder what their children would be like……

2 Hours and Some Change Until Its Time For “Four Months Later”
The season premiere of season 2 (”Four Months Later”) has aired in most time zones in the United States. It is 5:15pm in Hawaii, which means I have to bite my nails for another 2 hours and 45 minutes. I’ve seen the previews on the NBC site and this is what I know so far:
Claire has a new possible love interest
There will be more heroes introduced
Mohinder is offered a new job
Hiro Nakamura meets his hero Takezo Kensei the famous warrior
Final scenes of “How To Stop An Exploding Man”
So, yes…how exactly do you stop an exploding man? You fly him into space so that he can explode there and not on earth. At least that was Nathan’s solution to that situation. Peter is unable to contain himself. He tells Claire to shoot him to prevent the explosion. But Nathan has another way in mind of stopping this…”You saved the cheerleader so we could save the world”, Nathan tells Peter as he is about to take off in flight. I guess Nathan’s turned out to be not that bad of a guy after all.
Meanwhile, everyone else is suppposedly safe on earth as Sylar is believed to be dead. As the end of volume one ends we hear a voice utter the following words:
“We dream of hope, we dream of change; of fire and life and death, and then it happens… The dream becomes real and the answer to this quest, this need to solve life’s mysteries, finally shows itself like the glowing light of a new dawn. So much struggle for meaning, for purpose, and in the end, we find it only in each other. Our shared experience of the fantastic and the mundane - the simple human need to find a kindred to connect and to know in our hearts…that we are not alone.”
Then the beginning of volume two (”Generations”) opens with Hiro falling to the ground somewhere in what seems to be a forest. He sees the warrior Takezo Kensei. The sky becomes dark as it prepares for a solar eclipse and we are hit with the words “To Be Continued”…
2 hours and 10 minutes left…I feel like I can’t wait…but I have to…
